THE ONE JEWELRY Return and Exchange Guidelines
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from THE ONE JEWELRY. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) for a refund of the purchase price. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable as they are paid to the carrier upon label creation. To initiate a return, please follow the steps below and ensure your return is sent to the address provided.
To Return Your Purchased Item:
- Return Timeframe: Ship your return to THE ONE JEWELRY within 30 days of the receipt date.
- Condition: Ensure that the item is in its original condition, with no physical damages or alterations.
- Packaging: Protect your return item with appropriate packing materials such as bubble wrap or tissue and place it in a size-appropriate box. Please avoid using envelopes as we cannot accept items damaged in transit.
- Return Label: If a return label is provided, affix it to the package. Otherwise, send your return to the following address:

Refund Processing: We will process your refund to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days of receiving your return.

Promotions:
- Gifted Products: Items received as part of a promotion, such as a Gift With Purchase or Buy One, Get One, cannot be returned separately. Please include the promotional item with your return. Your refund will be adjusted to reflect the retail value of the promotional item if not returned.
- Availability: Promotional gifts are available while supplies last.
Exchanges:
No Direct Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different item, please return the original item following the return steps above and place a new order for the desired item. The refund from your return can be applied to your new purchase. We only process exchanges and returns for products bought directly from our online store. For items purchased from other retailers, please contact them directly for exchanges or returns.
Incorrect or Defective Items:
- Incorrect Orders: If you receive an incorrect item, please email info@theonefl.com with the subject "ONLINE ORDER: INCORRECT ITEM" and include details about the error along with a photo of the item.
- Defective Items: For defective items, email us with the subject "ONLINE ORDER: DEFECTIVE ITEM", including details and a photo of the defect. Returns for incorrect items must be made within 10 days of receipt, and defective items within 3 months.
If you purchased from another retailer, please contact them for handling defective or incorrect items.
